CEO offers a wide selection of water-cooled laser diode arrays. CEO has been manufacturing water-cooled laser diode arrays since the mid-1990s. These arrays have become an industry standard, with expected and demonstrated lifetimes in the tens of thousands of hours. These arrays are available with either hard or soft solder packaging. The vast majority of arrays offered by CEO are cooled by filtered water (deionized water is not required). This cooling technology enables the use of simple, low-cost chilled water systems that minimize the customer’s overall system cost.

CEO manufactures a full line of conductively-cooled laser diode arrays, including many industry-standard configurations (A, Cs, and G-packages). These arrays are ideally suited for applications in which water cooling is either not available or not required.
All of CEO’s conductively-cooled laser diode arrays are available with either hard or soft solder packaging. Hard solder packaging offers the highest available power levels (40 W/bar in CW configurations and 300 W/bar in QCW configurations), while soft solder packaging offers a lower-cost solution. (7) CEO's Laser Diode Submodules are offered for individual purchase or on more than 150 standard diode heat sink designs. The submodules are available in CEO's Silver Bullet or Golden Bullet package technology. They feature long life diode bars and are available in CW and QCW operating modes.
